What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I see this message every day. Yes, if I press it, I get “Registered” up to the next day. Then it returns.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Since the end of the last clan wars. I.e. since this Monday.

Steps to make it happen again

• Enter guild screen.
• Press “Register Now!”
• Enter the next day to see the same.
