What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Using Featherstrike weapon in Stormcaller class, and team is Egris, Finesse, Finesse. The damage boost of the weapon is stated as being “boosted by stryx allies and yellow allies”, and boost ratio X3. I was expecting the total boost of the weapon to be +24 due to four yellow allies (+12) and four stryx allies (+12). Instead, the total boost is +3.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It happens whenever I use the weapon in a team. I only acquired the weapon today, and it has been happening all the time.
Steps to make it happen again
Begin any match or battle using the weapon with any number of yellow and/or stryx allies.
