But I get it.
Google has basically harassed me for several years to rate a hair salon that I have never been to. I only parked in front of it. There was no option to select that you’ve never been there.

Clara may be a bot, or not. Whenever you check feedback at something, it is a big chance that at least one dumb feedback is a person…

Yeah, on Amazon they have that as well because people get asked to leave feedback by an automated email and then they write the stupidest stuff sometimes.
