I noticed that there are several cards that have so-called x100 Boost ratio.
Is it a text display bug or something else?

I think it’s for the extra effect, it means it has a 100% chance to happen if the condition is met (e.g. yellow gems will be transformed to skulls if an ally or enemy has Death Mark).

Fourdottwoone is correct.
We need to set up part of the spell with 100% in the background so it ends up showing in game as well.
We may change this in the future but for now it’s referring to the spell effect rather than the damage done for these troops.
