Nimbus Bow not showing up in inventory

**** Update - I see it in my inventory at this time. ****

I didn’t see it when I searched previously for bow or nimbus. I had to sort and scroll for it.

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I purchased the Nimbus Bow during the guild event today, I expected to see it in my inventory, I don’t see it. I’ve searched, I’ve sorted, I’ve checked my mail folder, I don’t see it anywhere.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Just started today as I began the Tower event.

Steps to make it happen again
I can only buy the Nimbus once, so I can’t repro.

I did restart my game as well, as a troubleshooting step.

Did you try looking in the cloud lol

hahaha, I work in the Cloud, I did a search there too. No luck. :slight_smile:

I can search and find it now, but it certainly wasn’t there when I originally purchased. Oh well, here is to being more patient

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply over the holiday period.

It sounds like the game needed to refresh, the easiest way to do that is to just exit the game and re-open it:
Open Settings > Apps & Notifications > Gems of War > select Force Stop.
