What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Did a perfect Dungeon run, no achievement unlocked.
Took the Dragonite I won, forged a Gem Dragon Egg, and that achievement did not pop either.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Only have done one perfect Dungeon run and this happened yesterday.
