New Kingdom Pass Begins

To celebrate the release of the new kingdom, Hellcrag, we will be running a Kingdom Pass for the next 5 weeks.

Kingdom Pass Battlecrasher: Xenith

During this Kingdom Pass, Xenith is a semi-rare encounter in PvP and Explore, with the chance to encounter him decreasing after players have done so 5 times that day. Defeating him will give 1 Kingdom Pass Crown. Each Crown earned will assist players progressing through the Kingdom Pass. Each Kingdom Pass level needs 5 Kingdom Crowns. No more than 10 Crowns can be earned per day.
(His chance to appear will reset with daily reset.)

Kingdom Pass Rewards Sneak Peek

We have a sneak peek at a few of the rewards that will be available from the (free) Kingdom Pass reward track.

When the Kingdom Pass ends, players will be able to earn these unique rewards in the following ways:

  • Eternal Sentinel – It will start appearing in chests 2-3 months after the Kingdom Pass ends.
  • Nabassu – He will start appearing in chests 2-3 months after the Kingdom Pass ends.
  • Ruby-biter – Once the Kingdom Pass ends, it will only be available in the Weapon Bundle IAP during weekly events in the Kingdom of Nexus.
  • Grimcrag – This Pet can be encountered as a random Pet Rescue when defeating Pet Gnomes.

Royal Kingdom Pass Rewards Sneak Peek

We have a sneak peek at a few of the rewards that will be available exclusively from the (paid) Royal Kingdom Pass.

When the Kingdom Pass ends, players will be able to earn these unique rewards in the following ways:

  • Xenith – He will start appearing in chests 2-3 months after the Kingdom Pass ends.
  • The Tower – Once this Kingdom Pass ends, it will go into the Vault after 2-3 months. Learn more about The Tower Tarot card below.
  • Moonstone Trinket – Once the Kingdom Pass ends, it will only be available to craft during weekly events in the Kingdom of Hellcrag.
    Players will also earn extra copies of the Nabassu, Eternal Sentinel, and Grimcrag Pet in the Royal Kingdom Pass to upgrade them to their max rarities.

Please be aware that the above Troops (unique to the Hellcrag Kingdom Pass) will not be available in Event chests until 2-3 months after the Kingdom Pass ends, when a Hellcrag weekly event is running.

New Tarot Card: The Tower

The Tarot card for this event is The Tower. Once this Kingdom Pass ends, it will go into the Vault after 2-3 months.

Alas no, I just do it because it beats going outside and socialising :joy:

If the devs do see this and want to send my beta account a few gems so I don’t have to keep logging in to get more gems to buy shop tiers to make community guides that would be super duper appreciated (flutters eyelashes).

Yesterday I spent 6 hours on my beta account alone going through the questline, the campaign tasks, the journey, bug reporting etc and it’s account that will never ever be able to be used on the live servers so a few extra gems would go a long long way to reducing the time I need to spend on this. That said, I’m extremely grateful to them for allowing me on the server for so long :grin:

This is for sure not working as described. Just like the last event with the Nexus kingdom pass.

Edit/ I just found #6 and #7, so it actually works. :v:t3:

I’d 100% put up a bug report for this so the dev team get made aware. I suspected as such and anticipated it would be blighted with the same bug as Nexus

Since I know lots of community members like gathering data,

This is useful in tracking those appearance rates, especially if you feel the chance of the encounter is a little off or you really were just unlucky.

I just got a reminder that Ruby Biter will likely be priced the same as Tide’s Lash was ($4.99) after the event

I know a lot of people didn’t realise the price when Nexus and Tide’s Lash were around last time so just a PSA for anyone on the fence about purchasing or working through the event

Not sure if this is clear, Ruby Biter (as well as Tide’s Lash) is the free kingdom pass weapon you get right at the end. Buying the kingdom pass won’t get you the weapon, you (just) need to catch enough Battlecrasher. If you don’t, the only option later is to pay for it.

Yeah I just made an edit to my post to make it clearer that it’s about working through the event if you don’t want to pay after the event to get it.

I like this new comic book style they implemented in the last patch. Finally get to see it in action. Also great art on the new troops :wink:

Opposite for me. Had finished the kingdom story and almost all the campaign tasks, with 0/5 fights still.
Finally found one when I did explore in the new kingdom, didn’t find one elsewhere.
