Sentinel is a fantastic class.

  • You can safely be in first place because of Holy Armor (40% reduced damage from skulls).
  • You also gain +3 to All Skills for being in first position
  • 25% chance to barrier random ally at start of turn happens more than you think… after 8 turns, you’ve handed out 2 free barriers
  • Stone talent tree, one of the best: Impact gives you Stun when you take skull damage, Rock Solid gives you barrier on brown matches, fortitude gives you immunity to stun, poison, disease, death mark, devour – very useful for being in first position too!
  • Guardian talent tree gives you Vanguard (barrier at start of match) and Banishment (Dispel all enemies on 4+ matches).
  • If you don’t want Rock Solid, you can even grab Commander for another +2 to all skills in first position.
