Hi on my guild screen if I select my character and view profile it says I have been a member of another guild for 720days and last seen online 207 days ago and lvl 23 I am on right now member of a different guild and lvl 173
I think there have been some cases of duplicate invite codes or other things that can cause two accounts to get a bit mixed up. I suggest you submit a support ticket with all the details and the support team should be able to get you sorted out.

Yes there’s at least two vanarost on ps4 and more than a couple of deaths as far as I know
