Multiple notifications are sending at once, but not accurate

What is the problem?

I don’t want to see this alert. And have had it turned off for forever and still getting the alert.
My apologies I thought we discussed it in this thread, but I can’t find it here.

Do you have both PVP + PVP Rewards unchecked, and have you relaunched the game since you changed this? If not, I would do both.

If that doesn’t help I would opt out, restart game, and renable all alerts again then uncheck PVP Rewards again so they are off. See how that goes?

I guess I have to go and try to find where I reported it initially. But it’s been a bug since 4.2 was released.
I’ve tried everything suggested to me in the past. It’s not an issue on my side at all.

PvP Rewards Notification Triggering despite being turned off

Platform, device version and operating system: Samsung Galaxy S9+, Android 8.0 Screenshot or image: What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened: Turned off PvP Rewards Notification to avoid getting notified to collect a gold key and souls. Still getting unsolicited notifications. How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? Whenever PvP Rewards are available. Consistent issue since 4.2 was released. Steps to make it happen again N/A
