No, currently there is no way to link console accounts to any other device/plataform.
And the explanation is generally “blame Sony”. As we learned with Fortnite, they’re insufferable about cross-play and suffer from the delusion people will sell their PCs and buy PS4s so they can play with their friends, because everyone knows a PC has no use other than gaming and is just a luxury purchase.
Time to bail on the console and start a new account on PC, then you can use your phone, too!
Yeah…it’s probably not that easy to just walk away from an old account.
