What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I was expecting to get the shown items, but I did not get ingots.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Once, because I generally avoid tier shops but wanted the weapon. It happened yesterday about half an hour after reset.

Steps to make it happen again
Try to buy that level of tier?

Other notes: I received every item EXCEPT for the legendary ingots.

Missing reward tickets are submitted a different way. Forums are only for bug reports.
