if people complain that we are replying with no substance or info or complain we’re replying instead of fixing the issue we will stop doing that and only post when we have new information and next time we won’t revert on that stance.

How to ruin a long-awaited info thread.
Sorry to say but this petty attitude it’s (good) part of reason why community is often upset.
