Iâve just played to get 60 new stones and they didnât sum up to my inventory⌠LOL
got a full list of losses? Im already annoyed at the Underspire progress loss, star stone daily loss, and pvp gold marks both daily win bonus and citadel battles. dungeons. Heck, the Alliance lost Broken Lands and Bay of Stars. It belongs to no one because of it.

I actually did bounty yesterday for the first time in ages.
I just bought T2 today, orbed the troop and that will do now.

Nope, but the level I gained yesterday is also gone, so pretty much everything that happened to our accounts yesterday.

Seems like a long list, depending on what people had done yesterday.
- Daily chore stuff. Most noticable our Stars for Astral Spire. That seemingly stings.
- Probably the PvP Goldmarks from yesterdays two Kingdoms. At least today I see 2 Goldmark Kingdoms, so somehow the Citadel battles counted?
- Any progress on the PvP ladder
- Any progress on Tower of Doom, Bounty or Underspire [which apparently gets worse if someone actually pulled a Sentinel yesterday].
- On the ToD thing: The scouted floor map apparently has now changed. Which makes things different depending if everything might have changed or just from a certain scouting point out.
- Oh, daily Dungeon potentially hitting the Dragonite jackpot? Gone
- Opened a few hundred chests because bored and got a Mythic you not had? Gone.
- Heh, did some Gnome Vault and pulled something useful? Gone.
But hey, I got 5 gems as a reimbursement gift for the 33k they took away from the buggy mail. That certainly will check compared to lost Astral Stars or Goldmarks or simply time I used for stuppid Tower yesterday -.-

Probably nothing as the past has already proven multiple times. They know that Player are too deep in the game and will pay nontheless because of FOMO. All they did was safe their wallets, in exchange for an angry playerbase that needed a reason to quit anyway

Honestly, the biggest problem Iâm having with all of this - The Astral stones, Gold Marks, and Underspire torches from yesterday - gone. Also, the dragonite I got from the dungeon, gone.
Oh yeah, I hope my PVP pass purchase from yesterday gets properly fixed before the PVP season ends next week. Thanks.

I would expect the first part of the week will be sorting out all the paid transactions on the missing day. Even then, if you buy something to use this week, it may not have the same value to you when it gets credited next week
As for the rest, I wouldnât be surprised if the official response is âSorry, we canât see the data from the day that was rolled back. Canât confirm you pulled a mythic/perfect dungeon run/final dragon/Sentinal/hoard mimicâ or whatever

I would be extremely suspect if they were able to actually confirm which troops people pulled by âRNGâ - because that would mean itâs not truly RNG and that will open up a complete other can of works lmao
Itâs not a programming error. It was a security breach. Someone managed to hack in and randomly send those hundreds of gems to players. Do you think theyâll admit to it?
Thatâs a lot of PVP progress gone on my side. And TOD floors. And probably lots else. Ouch.

The developers took Switch players as collateral damage with this whole fiasco, and I felt the need to explain the âLibrary Compensationâ to our small community because everyone over there had no idea what was going on. Yeah, I care deeply for them probably too much, but there is absolutely no communication over there and just unprofessional messages in the mail.
I know the developers do not read any of this, but if you guys do not feel any sympathy for being so careless with usâŚthere are no words to describe our disappointment. Take responsibility for your actions and stop treating us like puppets.

I was able to get 17 gold marks each from them even though theyâre unowned.
So bounty, towers of doom , PvP progress, astral spire progress also chat all wiped out from yesterday. So I am expected to spend 90 gems again for the Bounty troop? I progressed 30 floors in Tower and others also put in a lot of effort we not just lost a day of progress but the Tower still ends at 3am edt Monday.
We spent money for a season pass for PVP and not just lost a day in progress but the event itself is one day less.
I would think Tower, Bounty, PVP would have been extended by one day.
Gems I lost a lot. My kingdom power levels are all at 26 plus except for two kingdoms which means circa 30 gems an hour I lost well over 200 gems.
I really have zero intention of redoing bounty again I am not going to climb another 30 floors and lost a days worth of stars.
The very, very least you can do is a) extend events by a day even if it overlaps with other events. We can live with Tower and Boss events on same day. You could give us for free the Bounty troop.
How about an extra 10k in PVP if you canât extend the event by a day. Oh since I paid money for the extra 10 gold a day I expect to see 20 tomorrow.

This really unacceptable, all yesterday game time and work for nothing.. we have to re do Underspire, bounty, Tower of doom.. not even the time spent on PVP for hours.. this is really bad and ridiculous.
