Lamia not refilling mana after cast and kill

Platform, device version and operating system:
Samsung Galaxy S7

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Casting Lamia should refill her mana after killing an opponent as a result of her spell, but it didn’t.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Every time it happens. Can be easily reproduced to make it happen again.
