No is not try, is we don’t know how is happening: so play ad usual deal with the bug, they can’t make nothing this week to fix this and they will make something next week.
The can make something, cancel the GW, freeze the brackets and refund our gems and they’ll have plenty of time to investigate (3 weeks). But they don’t want ($$$), it’s different.

They won’t do anything before Monday so you might as well play and stir up a fight when they’re back and not dealing with the situation properly (should that be the case).
Kafka basically said “you gotta live with the bug for now, sorry - we’ll be back next week”.
It sucks, go ahead and vent - but it’s not going to change anything, unfortunately.

We’ll probably be able to get our resources spent on sentinels back from this broken GW by spending half the amount already invested next week in the soulforge

I just met the same bug today: got 7644 points for clean pass. Did not notice the first battle scoring, but it looks very much like missing defense bonus. (And of course, I set all unique defenses and fought with day color team, i.e. Green.)

Another day, another bugged GW result.
I agree that it is not an answer.
It is not Kafka’s fault of course.
But the lack of respect for the players is amazing.
Talk about it to the team Monday is too late.
It is incredible and inacceptable that nothing will be done and that we have to play with bugs and accept to have random scores as a result of spending hours trying to do our best. And spend our weekend rushing battles that we have delayed in the stupid hope that the team would do their job.
More endgamers will quit and the pool of GW players will shrink even more but who cares? Not the devs. They don’t make any money out of GW.

Another day, and another 2,000 points missing from my score today.
Echoing what most of the B1 players are feeling: many of us spend several hours a day during a GW week streaming our battles and helping other guild mates. This “carry on as normal” means that we have to not only catch up on 3-4 days worth of battles but also assist those in the same situation (because that’s what the top GW guilds do). Then we receive the notification afterwards that - A. Cancel all results after all that time spent. B. Freeze the brackets (might as well not even play) or C. Absolutely nothing and just see who gets affected the most by this bug. Feels like I’m playing by CalvinBall rules at this point.

I got another idea of the bug. Journey scoring was obviously copied from GW. Maybe the dev tryed change it some (since is was not suposed to be the same) and its affecting GW defenses now. Just a hypothesis, nothing more.
Got my 2000 defense points today. GW battle was the 1st battle of day. No idea if that helped. Also my defense team was such that i have not changed it at all. Just for info if its needed.
Dear developers! Dear community members. In the Palladium guild (1 basket of the Guild Wars) there are a lot of cases in 3 days of not earning points for defense. There are also cases of the game crashing after a victory and cases of loss of synchronization with the server. The same problems exist in other guilds. Therefore, in this Guild War, higher places will be taken by those guilds that have fewer problems, and not those who play better. We believe that in this case there is only one way out. Stop the Guild War and gather in the same roster in December without changing baskets

Having same scoring problems as everyone else. I hope the devs will retroactively give the missing points to those losing out. If not, then they need to cancel the guild wars and leave guilds where they are. Waiting til Monday to fix an event that will be over by then and screw over their entire player base is just STUPID!!!

Hell yeah! And then there will be a “great compensation” after all - some k gold and a pea-sphere. Will our resources (spent for GW - gems mainly) be returned to us? And what about winners and losers - you should reset all results in this war.

Just please don’t come back here on Monday with no compensation route . I cannot take that message back to 30 b2 players that are striving for b1. We put real money into these account, we practice all month, we make guides. We stream, we calculate , and we waste resources on the Sentinels to level 5 . Just coming back and telling us that since everyone was affected that we should just suck it up that’s gws won’t fly. And 50 Gems sent out … nope don’t bother . We need real compensation for this mess . Don’t make most of my players walk off on Monday. Yeah we are beyond angry . And for someone that has been around since late 2015 and saw yall actually give a troop for compensation for a server outage before I hold yall to higher standard than what has been dealt out the past few years when the game breaks . I love this game and quite frankly gws is the only mode I truly like and look forward to . Freeze the brackets from October, cancel this one , give us our resources back with compensation and we try again in December.

As a long term player I really support the attitude and idea of @junette and I hope you will do something against my guilmates running away from this game.

Here’s mine … and we have at least 8 players hit by this and at this very moment there’s really no telling how many more … B5 here … 18 ppl with sentinels at full V and 12 with a mix of 4/5 … here’s me joining the “petition” of freezing the brackets as per October counter. We can discard this war and fight again in December from where we left it of in October. It will give time for this to be tackled hopefully. I’d say that would be a fair approach to this considering the loses we take in the higher brackets where ppl actually spend lots of time, gems, and nerves to get things done right for that win. This is not abt sore losing but if we r to lose let us lose a fair fight. I’ll be the first to bow my bow, tip my hat and exit stage from the left side … ty all for taking this into consideration
