Windows 10
I open the game from Steam, it pops up as a window semi-offscreen. Usually, it would go fullscreen almost immediately and finish loading. Now all it does is has the rotating 6-mana gem in the bottom right… after a while, the entire window goes black. I’ve tried closing/reopening it a few times, always the same thing.
Anyone else have this problem / know of a solution?
i did… i had to restart steam all the way and i also checked the files on the game itself.
Hmm, I fixed it.
I verified integrity, seemed to be no issues there.
Then I snooped around in %APPDATA%/Roaming/com.infinite-interactive.GoW/Local Store
and came across:

No idea why the game couldn’t get a back buffer but I knew restarting Windows would solve that issue… and it did.
