Last week I used few globes: 7400 seals.
This week the cap is still 7400, and It Is not only visual, I’ve got 2305 seals now.
First time
Myself and a number of my guild members also had this bug 2 weeks ago, the higher seal cap was the same as the week previous when I used a number of major and minor clan orbs, strangely it fixed itself and the only thing I done was send honor.

It Is not only visual. I have 2623 seals now.
Resets now on Xbox
