What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
collected daily victory after reaching 1500 daily seals
- i expected to get seals at least in my personal/total seals count
- i got no seals added
What are the steps to make it happen again?

is that bug only applying to me or in general? should i actually nag support with a ticket to get my extra seals every week?

We are aware there is a bug here so it’s affecting more players equally.
I don’t have an eta for a fix though. If you contact support they should be able to send you your 50 guild seals.

I think it is happening on console as well.
I don’t recall ever receiving the 50 seals for winning a guild war after reaching the 1500 seals for the week. I have received it every time before reaching the 1500 limit.
I’m sorry but I don’t see why this should be difficult. Either the 50 seals is added to the weekly total that you can get (like the seal purchases) or it doesn’t (and merely gets you to the 1500 limit more quickly).
