We will need to search 10 battlecrashers every hour. Lets fun!
1% of the player base gets perfect dungeon runs more than once.
The devs come in from vacation to ensure it is 0.01% moving forward.
Not all heroes wear capes.
Hmm, I would have been happy to have this dungeon system as a new player. Do your daily dungeons, stay on level 1, get a guaranteed mythic a few weeks later.
stay at level 1 or 2. With the nerfing of the potential order, there is no real need now to go to a higher level. No, you don’t get a mythic in a few weeks, months or years with this.
As a higher level player, it absolutely makes sense for me to go deeper into the dungeon and thus get more dragonite for perfect runs.
And I still use the same approach as I did from the beginning, so complete randomness doesn’t bother me.
I got that same dungeon today and got a perfect run. Of course after completing the boss battles I opened the other doors.
I think they meant by opening eggs in the soulforge. All the eggs are mythics and cost 500 dragonite.
If you don’t buy the dragonite every day (dig down deep on your gems or real money) and you don’t hit a perfect run, then you can forget about getting a mythic or anything valuable from doing your dungeons besides you getting upset and frustrated every day.
Yes, I do buy the daily dragonite because I’m at a stage of the game where I can afford to. I don’t spend money to get gems.
I also got my share of perfect runs, though I don’t keep statistics.
But no, I don’t get upset or angry or frustrated because in the end, it is just a game!
Good Job. I wish you all the best.
The problem is for new players because they don’t have lots of gems to spend and if they don’t get the perfect run that would be bad experience.
They could made it better if they grant players Dragonites for each dungeon battle victory and you get bonuses if you get a perfect run.
Yes but only a fool would be stupid enough to think that a standard algorithm is harder to decode than an RNG seed alforithm. Generating the seed is the issue here and thats why it was so easy for data analysts within the community to prosper. To then be indignant and disgusted when they blatantly patted themselves on the back and telegraphed the results is preposterous. What alternative outcome could they possibly expect? They briefly profited from uncompetence and yet complain which IMO is ludicrous.
It’s really not, but whatever.
Unless you KNOW what they did you cannot state this
And nor can you, yet you are as sure as I am.
I can only state the following. Awful implementation allowed easy cracking of the method and this in turn allowed a proportion of the community to exploit said incompetence Said profiteers self congratulated and published without exception. IP2 closed the exploit resulting from their own incompetence and indignation (unfounded) followed. If you disagree with this summary then please enlighten me.
Yeah I don’t need orbs…at all .so if the keep inching this up it’s going to cost 400 to 600 gems to get loot I don’t need…and then it would not be worth it to be in a guild that finishes every event…
I want to add again…over and over…there is nothing wrong with introducing a mechanic that would take us a year to complete…but balance it so putting time into that mechanic ends up with that goal…and the more you play the faster that goal.
I know this game is rng…but please stop putting layered rng on top of rng…on top of rng so you have a system where some have completed the new content in 3 months and other 2 years…too much of a gap .
I think new content that will take you years to max is dangerous for them. I was closing in on getting all the mythics and craftable weapons and it would have been tempting to keep buying the campaign pass so I kept up to date with everything.
Adding content that will take 6 month to 2 years to max depending on how many gems I want to dump on it means that I am nowhere close to done. If I’m nowhere close to done, why am I going to pay money that will move me only marginally closer to done. I feel like they’ve historically done far better at being a drip feed with new content occasionally that you can max relatively quickly until they introduce the next new thing.
Likewise, the requirements for Kingdom Levels are steep. I’ve got almost everything to 16 and several Kingdoms blocked at 18. There are 3 books in the free campaign and another 3 in the paid campaign. Those 3 extra books aren’t enough to move a single Kingdom from 16 to 17, and the 6 books in a paid+free campaign is enough to move exactly 1 Kingdom from Level 17 to 18 (and there aren’t enough Imperial Deeds to cover the upgrade). If Campaign are going to continue to be our main source of income for books then that is an incredible number of campaigns just to get our Kingdoms to level 18 (by which point we’ll definitely be blocked by Level 20 Kingdoms).
It’s hard to feel very motivated when despite your best efforts the goalposts keep moving farther and farther away from you.
I started my day with my third perfect run in a row (4-5-6-2 contained all 3 battles plus boon each day). That gave me enough Dragonite to buy another egg (my second) and I got a duplicate.
So despite all that good luck I’ve really benefitted nothing.
