Made a post yesterday concerning doomed weapons, meant to say this about the doomed books not weapons in general don’t seem to come around enough.
They show up in the Soulforge along with (most of) the rest of the weapons from a given Kingdom when that’s the “Kingdom of the Week”. No more and no less; they’re no different from (almost) any other weapon in that regard.
If there’s a particular Doomed Tome that you’re waiting for, you simply have to be patient the way you would for whatever other “ordinary” weapon you might be targeting. On average, it’ll take a while given the large number of kingdoms in the game and the gradual increase in them; any particular one probably won’t come around all that often.
