Wow…What were you up against, if I may ask.
Sorry that it took so long, I couldn’t check at work.
Hero had Riftblade along with a class that has 25% summon a Heronath on ally cast. That was constant re-summoning until I (using the regular Skeleton Key team) finally managed to get something useful after they killed my hero, which felt like hours.
It’s a 10 key limit on event keys now. Your original response made a joke about spoilers in reference to someone talking about spoils of war. I should have quoted. Ironically, now my joke has also been spoiled.
Thanks for killing the best gamemode with this hilarious potions…
It wasn’t even needed to trait all troops.
They did say they were going to make it easier eventually, but um… yikes. Congrats? I think?
Just out of curiosity, how many times did you buy Tier VII, if you don’t mind? Thanks in advance!
Looks like 15-16ish. No amount I’m gonna pay …
If my calculations are correct it’s Tier VII x10.
But hey … He didn’t “waste” any TS.
What is “TS”?
Yes, exactly 10 times (it is for sure possible with less. Just lost the first troop on the last battle (and not one match)). Most dangerous on this potions are the +7 magicka. You could use the legendary to deal 120 damage to each enemy or boost yourself 120 armor/attack with the boostertroop.
I am not even proud on this 2.500 renown, because there is no challenge with potions anymore. It was just a example, how you can abuse this stuff now.
TS are probably traitstones? Lazyness got me there
Ouch…I was thinking more than 5 minutes without any idea
You paid thousands of gems and millions of gold to get 2500 renown. Seems fair to me and not abuse.
This is a safe channel to brag on.
You don’t need to criticize the necessary change (to factions at least) if you’re worried about blow back for “bragging”.
But this is sadly pay2win (even when I didn’t spend one cent on this game yet ).
For me the underworld was one of the less remain gamemodes, where tactic and patience are the key to success.
With the potions this concept is obsolete, because you have a easy way to push yourself to the strength of the 500 lvl ai. It doesn’t require any strategy or patience anymore.
In my opinion the game had always a good balancing with pay-able stuff. But with the potions it went one step to far and I can call it pay2win now.
In general I like the idea of the potions. But then they have to stop, that you can buy the last potion endlessly.
It’s not pay to win they’re just giving those who have tons of gems saved up a choice of buying the potions and portraits and emojis. Also if you do the treasure maps for me at least it gives you at least 1 gem per map if you take the time to do them
The troop Penguin looks complete when the spell page is open too. Not sure if it was intended, but thought this was cool.
You’re paying gems to buy potions to simplify completing the faction at 2500 which would otherwise be moderately difficult. They’re paying to win. Gems are still a premium currency, even if there are ways to earn them in-game.
I seem to have miscalculated, didn’t take the extra hoard size into account.
Off-topic now. Thread’s long enough!
I’m not going to hunt down the quote. But when the tier shops were introduced. Sirrian flatly said, these new events were meant to be Pay to Win.
