Sure we got the imp too so thatā€™s a double up though.

The optimist in me says great, cool, sweet. Of course the cynic in me said it was a way to offset everyone else getting another free troop since it wonā€™t show on console for a few months. Iā€™m taking the more optimist point of view this time.

Well on the plus side, Iā€™m still trying to figure out what kind of team you could build around cute-but-not-so-cuddly Bunniā€™Nog. So I have some time yet to think about it.

Itā€™s probably for the best, Mr.Strange wouldnā€™t want us to drain all our glory purchasing a Legendary that only sees specialist team usage.

Is Bunniā€™Nog good for anything except farming challenges vs knights?

Speaking of farming challenges; there doesnt seem to be anything to spend those free arcanes on except for Scale Guard?

Knights have a suprisingly good success rate on defense in PvP. Maybe because people donā€™t use Bunniā€™Nog.

Pretty tired of Coronet. When im VIP3 with auto scouting I should have A Bunniā€™Nog team on standby . Difficult to trait though

Glad people enjoy the Imp of Love - I thought it was appropriate to show off how the mail system allows us to drop gifts on everyone. Also red stones are always needed, as folks have pointed out.

Bunniā€™Nog has a great place in my Beast team. A huge part of his power is that his magic at level 20 mythic is quite high - and as a weekly event troop itā€™s very possible to have him mythic on day one. I run him in this team:

  • Bunniā€™Nog ***
  • Sabertooth Lion ***
  • Hellhound ***
  • Warhound *

Sabertooth Lion is AMAZING on a fast team like this. Bunniā€™s second trait means a quick kill for Sabertooth, which gets things rolling nicely. If yellows are plentiful, Iā€™ll generally use Warhound quickly, and then focus down any direct-damage troops as priority. Iā€™m thinking about swapping out Warhound for a mana-drain troop, but the 4x Beast Bond and 4x Beast bonus (+12 life!) is really hard to give up. Big beefy health on everyone makes up for a lot.

But letā€™s talk about Faunessa! Sheā€™s a spectacular troop in lots of teams. Her biggest advantage is that her spell costs only 8 mana - and she has Magic Link as her first trait! Run her with a +1 purple banner, and a mana surge will fill her in a single 3-match. Her spell gets stronger vs high attack troops, which is awesome. Teams which donā€™t focus on attack generally require direct damage to take out a piece of their combo - and Faunessa fills that role as well. Sheā€™s wild(folk)ly versatile!

Hereā€™s a fun team for Faunessa:

  • Gorgon ***
  • Tyri
  • Faunessa **
  • Giant Spider ***

(If you have Jarl, he can swap into that first spot nicely as well)

2x Magic Link keeps Tyri and Faunessa full all the time. I often use Tyri once early, but then keep her in reserve for emergencies - or right before Iā€™m going to cast Giant Spider again. I run this with the green/blue banner, but there are lots of other good options.

Interestingly, my Imp did not arrive via the mail system. I got the pop-up message when I logged in, but no mail notification. It was simply added to my inventory. Thatā€™s why people are asking which traitstones came with it - we never got a pop up describing what we got like we normally would have in the mail system.

Legendary troops cost 500 glory, and come with 2 arcanes. Just mirroring the PC side.
