My Gems of War on Nintendo Switch has been unplayable due to CLIFFY Error. As soon as the game loads it gives this error and restarts and is a continuous loop making it impossible to even start the game. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game. I have also logged onto 3 other Nintendo Switch systems on my account and still the same result. I submitted a ticket to support on 3/2/2021 and no response. So far 5 days of not being able to play. I have over 670 hours invested in this account and do not want to lose it. Has anyone had this issue and how was it resolved? Thank you.
