As of today, Known Issues are documented on the help centre here and will no longer be updated on the forums.
We need to make some changes to the way the list of issues in Gems of War is kept. The old Known Issues will be maintained and updated on the help center section here.
Why is this happening?
To ensure the known issues are kept updated efficiently and the most accurate information is available we need to move to a central source of information. Since November 2017 we’ve included detailed information on important issues on the help center as well as the known issues list on the forums. Having this in two places is confusing and can leave room for error.
What does this mean for me?
The help center is better for formatting posts and supporting details. You will see more comprehensive information on bigger issues and workarounds or how to avoid them. You can follow articles for email updates.
If you need to report an issue, the same processes still follow: Make a bug report, contact support, check the new help center, or ask a question on the forums.
