I get that first error if I try to access the Gems of War homepage, but the rest of the page appears to load correctly. It’s probably something wrong with their wordpress install, which has always been a bit flaky. Has she tried going directly to community.gemsofwar.com instead of gemsofwar.com?

@Sirrian, you might want to take a look at this. I know you already know that your Wordpress install is on its last legs, but if people are having trouble getting to the website at all…
