Can’t seem to change classes on Xbox

The ability to change class isn’t working. I’m in Troops>Class section. The Equip button is grayed out. Is there a known issue?

Have you selected a team?

If you simply go into class selection, it should look like this:

When you click on an actual team slot and then try to select a class, it should look like this:
