Unfortunately, updates going live on console are handled by 505, which includes achievement/trophy data.. so we are in the process of following this up
We are used to being forgotten about and we are used to it by now. A lot like how I donât talk to my uncle anymore. He never showed up to my birthdays or made any effort to be there for me when I could have used some helpâŚ
Sorry about that, got a bit derailed thereâŚ

@jeto What does this mean in a fight buffs in combat? If i put an immortal to a his home region this shows up in buffs - does this mean his damage is doubled or what?
PC, Windows.
Now, this might require a more detailed explanation. Gems of War is something I tend to keep running most of the time. Not full screen, in fairly small windowed mode, somewhere off to the side.
One of the best features of the game is that you can play it in parallel with doing other things. A combination that works particularly well for me is PvP combined with watching a movie. The problem is that this new font no longer lets me see the details of the three fights offered. I have to resize the Gems of War window to at least double the proportions Iâm used to in order to turn pixel blobs into legible difficulty and reward numbers. With a movie and a pretty repetitive side activity competing for valuable screen space, the movie is bound to win.
Weâve had an interface redesign surprise dumped on us a couple of years ago. It didnât go well, overall reception was so terrible it had to be hotfixed to retain players. The core issue was exactly the same, important information was made significantly more difficult to perceive, making the game unplayable for a fairly large number of players. I wonder why we now end up again in the very same spot, apparently with zero lessons learned.
It means each troop in your team receives +2 magic. You can get various bonuses based on team composition, e.g. by putting at least 2 unique troops from the same kingdom, at least 3 unique troops of the same type or at least 4 unique troops of the same mana color into your team.
Adding to the comment above @Nagflar_dv , yes immortals double their magic stat in their own home region. This is explained on the spell page of each one (hopefully translates correctly).
This however only applies to PvP regions, NOT their associated kingdom when using them in explore.
did you double check it? iâve done and same teams in two purple regions gives me same stats.
So itâs not. Probably itâs a x2 magic bonus, but the way it shown make me (not really me, but i suppose new players) confused
then +2 magic on a picture is a x2 magic? if so - itâs strange)
AND thatâs the main issue of a spell description - as it said - damage is doubled - not magic, but unfortunatelly doubles the magic, so Lucifa can make an odd damage
To reiterate the correct answer that you were already given, that picture is telling you that you have +2 Magic based on the members of your team. It doesnât matter where the battle takes place, only which troops youâre using. You can see the details of the various stat bonuses any team receives under the aptly named âBonusesâ tab of the Troops & Teams window (in Collection, outside of battles). It doesnât have anything to do with the region-based damage multipliers that Immortals get in PvP.
Thatâs from geheron pvp. Thereâs no any word about geheron warrior buff in teambuild menu and watch the stellaâs magic - itâs 63. And why do the magic meister gives me only 1 and the other 2 gives me a geheron warrior?
And here we go with the same team in expedition. What do we have? 3 magic from magic meister and no geheron warrior. And stella have 63 magic. So what the condition of geheron warrior?
What alliance are you in?
Dark order
Yeah I donât know then. Youâre not getting the daily loss stat boosts then.
Some buffs are based on game mode. I suspect yours might be from a monolith, which only works in PvP.
Yeah, looking at the earlier pictures again I think thatâs right about it being monolith boosts. It should be quite clear when those are running though, with an icon up and a timer running. Plus those monolith battles had to have been recently played to trigger it.
Either way, thatâs definitely showing +2 Magic for the team and not anything to do with the Immortalâs damage multiplier.
It might actually be from the PvP team boost pets rather than monoliths.
I just played some monolith battles account to get those buffs, and they donât show up in the team bonuses. They appear on the same side window as the medal traits when you look at troop traits in battle. The bonus for the Alliance (using alt account) showed up as âBlessing of Mortaniâ with a clear description of what it was for in the team bonuses, so it wouldnât be that either.
