Ummm… Why does Urska wanderer belong to Stormheim? Shouldn’t it belong to Urskaya?
I wouldn’t say so exactly. There are many dragons that are not from Dragons Claw…

As for dragons not from Dragon’s claw, i know that. However, you have at least 3-4 kingdoms besides Dragon’s Claw that have dragons and that is ok. Dragons are kind of general monster type and can be anywhere, like knights or undead for example. But this one Urska… he just doesn’t belong there in Stormheim, stands out like a sore thumb in my opinion.
He existed before Urskaya did… he had to go somewhere.
