What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I expected that I wouldn’t somehow at the start of new season get all the rewards up to tier 1 without a single battle. 46 glory keys and other things. Now I am still gaining points and tiers and looks like I will be able to get all those tier rewards again. Thanks, sure, but this is still an issue to be fixed.
What are the steps to make it happen again?

We’ve discovered that some players’ PVP results haven’t reset correctly with the new event, which is why you received all your Tier rewards.
Thanks for reply. Also, I don’t seem to be gaining tier rewards a second time, so don’t worry about that.

Some people get all rewards without any battles, but I (and maybe some other people, I don’t know) don’t get any rewards even when I rank up. I suppose this is the same problem, but I want my glory keys. Please, fix that if you can.

I logged in several times but still no tier rewards. Maybe that’s because I’m not actually SirProfessor in Gems of War. Can my invite code help?

I’ve turned your Tier down to Tier 2 temporarily.
That worked. I hit Champion (again) and got all tier rewards.
