I think you will get them all one day. 
If I some day start opening gem/VIP chests outside of exclusive weeks, then yes, there’s always a chance.
But right now, I’m gonna focus my resources on the things that give me a little more assurance.

I’m not sure how someone’s attitude can have any effect on the RNG, but hey I get what you’re saying. I always open glory keys and gem keys pretty much asap because I only have abynissia and gard’s, so am hoping to get death at some point and obviously less chance of that in exclusive periods.

You have no chance to get any of the Horsemen, or any other Mythic, during an exclusive week, save for the Mythic that is of course exclusive.
And as far as the assurance comment, in the exclusive weeks I’ve actually save up for and used, I’ve gotten the Mythic both times. Seems to be a much higher rate of success than shotgunning keys.
