Will there be a new set with dragon eggs?

I would say, most likely, but have it been confirmed?

still way too early, but… probably? I personally wish there wasnt anymore, but I’m just one person.

Same, any clue when we may know for sure if there will be a new batch? Or I will end up spending gems on dragonite packs.

uh. the snarky answer is when they feel like, but I mean really, the other dragons have been a year - year and a half apart from the previous set and these just came out so it’s way too early.

We still have to survive beta testing their Astral Spires later this month.

I may just buy dragonite from time to time then, until we know for sure. Not worth the risk.

I would suggest that they introduce conversion using dragonite, like converting orbs or other crafting resources.

Good idea!

They’re never going to offer conversion from old, useless resources to those resources that still have value and scarcity. That’s not how this genre of game operates, because it would make it awfully easy for many players to simply convert the piles of old resources to the new ones instead of playing or paying for the privilege. And that’s what the developers want you to do: pay or play.

As for “will there be another set of dragonite eggs”? My gut instinct is that we’ll get one more set, at which point we’ll have 35 dragons for 38 kingdoms. And that will be deemed to be “close enough” until and unless we get a couple of new kingdoms added.

Two more dragon egg sets makes sense to cover all the kingdoms.

Dragonite dragons are one of the forms of power creep in this game, and there’s no need to worry about the next set when people have barely any time to collect dragons from the evil dragon egg set. But I am going to say it here and now on February 2, 2026–next year, we will get “Good” dragons, and they will probably give different positive status effects to all allies. Maybe the “Final” dragon will bless all allies? And hopefully, they will be Dragon/Divine and will not be a missed opportunity like the Evil dragons not being Dragon/Daemon or Dragon/Undead.

@Jeto On a side note, Pandemonia is in desperate need of a rework after all the bugs and problems from Astral Spire get resolved, and the discussion can be found here:

Thanks for bumping the Pandemonia thread. I was actually gonna say Good Dragons earlier. Land/Sea dragons would also have been awesome, dragons without wings hahahaha

They shouldnt have already used the tiamat name. Tiamata should be the evil dragon boss and maybe Bahamuto or something for good lol

We can have steampunk dragons.

Mech/dragons.

It would seem as though they are set on having at least 1 of these egg dragons per kingdom.

That’s a heavy reliance on the gems team being good at finishing cycles. We still dont have a troop that makes a green (only) storm.

I think there’s gonna be at least one more batch because there are Kingdoms like Adana, Merlantis, Divinion Fields, etc. that don’t have a Dragonite Dragon to call their own. What their gimmick could be, well that’s anyone’s guess. Maybe the inverse of the Evil Dragons, ie. Bless plus a positive status effect.

I guess we will 102% get a new dragon egg batch, but of course there is a 2% margin of error.

After “evil” eggs and dragons debuffing stuff, might not be the worst assumption to expect getting “Good” dragons next buffing stuff. And while I would be fine with that path, yeah, afterwards there could be an end to the dragon eggs.

Maybe something new can pop up then. A bunch of Necromancers/Mechanics could create a dozen Undead/Constructs which need dragonite and start a different but very similar card chain. We also have a bunch of Kingdoms which fell very undesirable in all sorts of “that kingdom” centered events or even directly in GW. So maybe using the dragonite drain to spice things up there with some GOOD cards that actually bring things up to the meta hellholes we have in other kingdoms with plain imba cards, migth be a worthy endeavour.
