I haven’t seen a Sentinel drop in a very long time, either.
Is it a bug? It may very well be. But the odds of any single one of the eligible chests popping out a Sentinel is low enough that the lack is still within the realm of “plausible”, even if the accumulation is starting to make that outcome increasingly unlikely.
Based on @Eika’s testimony and mine, drop rates are something that @Jeto might look into when time permits. Maybe the two of us are just incredibly unlucky, but I wouldn’t be shocked if other players had similar stories. For example, I can’t recall the handful of people in my guild who I know play the Underspire on a regular basis talking about finding any in the past several months.

They are dropping in our Guilds, they are just rare. I would agree that the RNG on these can be rough and have suggested alternative ideas to the devs in the past. Keep playing US and you’ll get them to drop.
I have played since it was introduced, completed all bosses every week and many weeks explore the full map. I still need one unowned Sentinel and have many dupes.

I wish you all luck! I have multiples of sentinels on my nearly 8 year old account. But no Hoard Mimic. It’s the worst feeling to be lacking that ONE troop.

Same here, nobody found anyone in my guild the latest months. I play on PC/Mobile, you?
Ironically, I pulled a Hoard Mimic just yesterday during some E16 runs. It is not my first (or second) copy of this troop. DeniseKRam saw the pics. Hi Denise

The “random” drops are just really streaky in this game.
I went for months clearing Underspire without a sentinel drop - and then suddenly 2 weeks ago I had 3 drop, the two I was missing and an extra copy of one.
So they are there, it’s just that RNG without pity is terrible.
Still looking for Hoard Mimic but I attribute that to me hating how Explore has been changed over the years. I just can’t stand the mode anymore, but the badge drops for higher difficulty is interesting.

I started out doing Underspire about a year ago, before I just ignored the mode.
The first 15 or so weeks I managed to find a Sentinel about every 2nd week. Then it all went upside down after a patch, I dont remember which one.
And we most likely will be faced with a message like “Nothing has changed, it is all the same” at Monday.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that per se. You wouldn’t want to hear that they phantom changed things and broke it. The issue though is it should publicly be changed to be more reasonable to obtain the Sentinels in this game’s life cycle…

I’m on PlayStation. (In my case, PS4.) I personally have not seen one in months, maybe even a year or more, but I also have all six.
Ever since the major changes to the Underspire, I’m back to clearing the entire dungeon every single week. (I won’t waste time/gems on “ordinary” dead end rooms, but that’s all that remains by Sunday night. Everything else is fair game given the possibility that the gacha might give me something worthwhile.)

Not seen one for months either. Even when indo its always the same 2. 6 yellow and 2 blue. Disgusting addition to the game

I only have 5 of 6 but not trying very hard atm. At least underspire has good rewards so you arent wasting your time like other game modes

Kriege auch seit Monaten nur doppelte oder gar keine neue keine Ahnung was damals das Update gebracht haben soll aber von neuem Wächtern sehe ich leider nix.Schade eigentlich denn mir fehlen nur noch 4 dann wäre ich fertig scheint aber so gewollt zu sein das es eine sehr lange Zeit dauern wird bis ich wieder eine bekomme

Just confirming that I am in the “Can’t find a sentinel” club for over a year now. My wife has had some luck with her account, maybe found 2 over as many months - but one was a dupe. I think its high time, that at least one room in the Underspire be guaranteed a sentinel each week. The rarity for a legendary troop does not justify keeping their drop rate so low. I would also encourage removing junk from the chests like minor traitstones.

Where are the Sentinels ???
I have lots of copies of every sentinel (at least 20 in total). Caught one or two just last month. So has my partner (at least 15 in total). Got quite a few hoard mimics too, even got 2 in consecutive battles once.
