The sentinels are definitely there.

I only clear to the last dragon every 3 weeks, I never fully clear. As I only use extra 50 gems per day.

Iv 5 different, and 13 overall. So it’s just RNG.
You’ll get them guys, don’t stress.

So you’ve got 13 since October 25, 2023. Should I be impressed by that kind of drop rate in 33 months?

As I don’t know ,what impresses you.

But I’m ok , with how many iv got, in the time they’ve been available, as like I said. Iv NEVER full cleared. And actually leave s lot of the potential sentinel rooms.

Iv also got 7 hoard mimics, maybe that impresses you. If your needing to be impressed.

I got a few of the sentinels months ago, didn’t get any when it first launched and haven’t got any since that burst. I don’t clear the whole underspire every week, just some weeks. I can’t say whether the drop rate is messed up or not, but I can say that never getting any of them is super frustrating to many players, as is getting stuck with dupes. This RNG BS they’re pushing (dragon eggs, hoard mimic, sentinels, etc) in areas that are so slow to make progress on, is one of the worst parts of the game.
I’m personally not too bothered, because I’m not using the sentinels I have, and not desperately needing to use the ones I don’t. But it’s mildly annoying.

I have 5 Hoard Mimics and I almost never farm Explore. Not even for GaP or Vault Weekends.

Meanwhile I routinely did near-full clears of Underspire for months on end, and only have 8 Sentinels total. 5 different at least.

What’s impressive to me is how they’ve left these troops as complete RNG. As long as that’s true, statements like feel meaningless to me:

Tell that to the people who are still farming for Hoard Mimic 4 years after release.

Personally, I stopped caring back when campaign and kingdom passes started. I’ll never have a full troop collection so I don’t even bother trying chasing any troop anymore.
