What's merging guilds about?

I’ve heard this before but not sure how it works

Sometime 2 incomplete guild agree to join their force together. So a guild quit his current guild and join the other guild

^^^as above, the ideal scenario is 2 guilds with 15 each join to make a complete guild - it’s generally the higher ranked guild that takes preference :+1:

Can a guild advertise for a merge here in the forum?

Absolutely, best bet is put it under guild recruitment for your platform

Yes. So much goes into a Guild, it’s a pity to lose it.
