What’s goin on with Guild Wars? I saw some people are writing that this feature will be cancelled or something? Can someone explain it to me, or where is the official info about this? :v

Here is my summary from the Q&A, as promised. I have not caught a few things with my notes when I was typing stuff in chat (mainly during the PVP defense question), though.
