You seem to be missing some info, due to posts being deleted. Not sure if it was self-deletion or removed for being abusive.
The comment I was replying to was saying something to the effect of “I knew I shouldn’t have got this reward, so I spent it to stop the devs taking it away, and you should too” followed by abuse towards the devs. I was pointing out that such a post was likely to get them banned. Firstly, they’re basically admitting knowing the rewards weren’t right and spending them anyway, which is an admission of guilt, for using an exploit, basically. Secondly, the way they were talking about the devs is likely to gain their attention and possibly get them flagged.
As I say, I wasn’t blaming anyone for claiming rewards, or spending them. I agree that is reasonable. Though, it’s kinda moot now, since they’re resetting everything.
No, I got 2,110 gems and been playing 10 years. It made no dent to my gem stash up or down, but they did take 3.7k gems total from Friday reset, including some from the library pass reward and 507 star stones. I’d hope to get the stones back, and the real library reward, so maybe it’s about 1500 gems more than I was awarded. I’m pretty sure it will be a simple avenue to get back. I did miss out on day one as opened up on Ios before steam, with no forced update. It’s no big deal, most of the stuff is fluff and not needed at all, I’ll get the brown stones first anyway, be a while.
I did however get vault keys rolled back to daily reset Friday, maybe I get luckier than a silver orb and a forging major.

But I am worried about the Library Pass rewards and am not touching those with a 50 foot pole. Is it safe to collect rewards or make purchases related to Astral Spire?
I do not believe the issues the other platforms experienced post 9.1 releasing are also happening on Switch.
There has also been not reports so far since 9.1 released of anyone on Switch having those issues.
So it is up to you.
Can you confirm when we will get our library pass reinstated? I opened a ticket but was told no actions are needed but I would like to know an ETA

It worries me that customers have to wait so long for the developers to send out compensation for the Astral Spire pass that many of us purchased. This shouldn’t be a particularly difficult or time-consuming issue to resolve. Don’t get me wrong, I understand there’s a lot on their plate right now, and I’m one of the more patient players who can wait. But that’s not really the point. At the end of the day, it comes down to professionalism, and that’s where things feel lacking. I know the team is small, but that’s neither the customers’ fault nor something we should be expected to accommodate. Customers have every right to expect better. This situation is far from acceptable.
Professionalism and customer service are just 2 of the things this dev team lacks unfortunately. Ive said it before and gone back on it ( library pass ) but after this not a single penny
It is not possible to send out what has been lost, until the other issues have been fixed. Which has always been the case when an incident happens and I made that clear in all my posts around compensation and purchases that were lost, and previously the Library and Library Pass rewards

I find this point rather ignorant of the situation at hand. Sending out any lost items and compensation while we are still working to resolve everything on the back end on our side, just has more risk of it happening again or something else breaking.
It is not related at any point to our team or capacity, it is the process to ensure more things don’t break.
Which is why it is something I mention, every time there is an issue. It has to be resolved first, before anything can be sent out.

Ignorant? I just put words on what many feels.
I understand completely, at the moment the team is working as fast as they can to get it resolved. But at no point would we ever send out anything, until an issue was fixed.
I couldn’t imagine how much worse this would all be if we tried to rush out players missing purchases and items, and then the exact same issue happens all over again.
