I have submitted tickets on two real money losses and I have not received any response. During the weekend of the Library issue I lost around 40 Citadel War Sigils (not sure of the exact amount) that were purchased and saved up before that weekend. I used them on the Saturday for battles and then battles were rolled back. Secondly the past month I purchased Guildmate Gift packs in the Guild Shop every week and saved these for my GM’s birthday. I sent 106 Guildmate gifts to him (player called Belladonna in Deadly Nightshade) equal to 2650 gems on Sunday 22 March, about 2 hours before reset in the morning. He never received anything and all the gifts are gone from my account too.
All tickets have been responded to, excluding any from over night.

Additionally we have also already shared that missing purchases will be restored as soon as we can, which was also included in all ticket replies about the weekend.
@Ash3nShad3 As for the missing Guild Gifts, this is completely unrelated to any issues. The person you sent them to had a totally full mailbox. The mailbox capacity is 100, you sent 105 items to them, plus everything they already had in their inbox and another player also sent them 96 guild gifts,

The person who is missing these Guild gifts can send in a ticket, and I will get it resolved for them as a one-time instance. But we normally do not compensate for overflowing mailboxes.
I’ve closed this thread, as a ticket would need to be submitted for the Guild Gifts and we have already shared a lot of information about the past weekend and when everything is being returned.
