Troops that easily takes out Dago'Nath

Any great troops to use to take out Drago’nath? I have one spot in my team.

If you’re referring to the Maelstrom version? It has troop type “Boss”, so any of the Godslayers would be extra-effective against it and might even one-shot it. (Outside of a Blood Frenzy region, anyhow.)

You’ve got enough Godslayers out there that you can almost certainly find (at least) one to fit any set of PvP restrictions and/or to work around the rest of your team. Especially if your “plan” is to dedicate that open spot to a Drago’nath killer and otherwise ignore it for the rest of the battle.

Thanks for your input! Slayers I often forget about, but feels kinda draining to change out and in for PvP teams, as they are so useless when I am not up against a boss.

I find PvP annoying again, and wish I felt different.

Try it with Earthcaller! @Eika

not exactly what I am after, but thanks for your input.

Aquaria is too an option. Wand of Stars, chrys., aquaria, lep. Elementalist

Maybe something (class/troop/weapon) that dispels, as then you can stop him submerging and hit him with aoe. That’s if he can be dispelled, but if he can it’ll work. With other troops you can curse with wand and it takes the submerge off.

Isn’t there a submerge kill troop.

Think it’s parrot.

He’s always submerged. So nuke him :person_swimming::bomb:

Isn’t it immune to “lethal damage”, therefore making it able to ignore that ability?

And the troop you’re likely thinking of is Captain Macaw.

Yea your right. Oops my bad

Classes with dispel works on him? Doesn’t his Invurnable trait protect his submerge trait?

What about warpriest with it’s stun trait.

Would that work.

Il be honest. I only meet him in central.

And as I use Stella triple tak team. He’s always the only one left. And I skull him.

Takes a few extra turns, but he still chews dirt :flexed_biceps:

No, invulnerable trait covers everything.

dispel has nothing to do with immunities iirc

I’d suggest wisp, if it fits your team. Dispel all enemies should work, charm can target impervious (just tested and confirmed - charmed Zuul and it worked) so I think it’d work on Invulnerable, and an extra turn. So, you can fill another troop’s mana, cast Wisp’s spell, then cast the other troop to kill M.D’N.

EDIT: Just managed to charm an Immortal Selene with all traits, so charm works against Invulnerable. Still trying to find a troop to dispel with the same trait. Can never find one when you need it. Lol.

Just confirmed dispel does work. Managed to get lucky and charmed and dispelled him at the same time, at last. Clip is here, for confirmation: https://youtu.be/q9iPi_RftZc

Been wandering this for a while, so glad I checked it out. Used to use Queen Beetrix and Wisp as a counter team for PvP, and now I guess I’ll use it again from time to time.

That is good to know, thanks for the testing and there he is on my team too.

Howcome dispel doesn’t work when it comes to the class tree then, through the Banishment skill? (I tested it earlier today.) I am so freaking confused right now.

be careful, the Level 30 version of Immortals have Immunity to Charm. It’s such a subtle change, but yeah.

Edit: or its supposed to be… Immunity to Charm might not be working properly. 2 weeks away from the game and I come back to a bug.
