What i hate the most in this game: Spells with random targets. It makes some troops unreliable and it also gets my stealthy troops killed every now and then…

The chronic shortage of certain traitstones I can never get enough of in stock. Specifically: Minor Fire, Runic Water and to a lesser extent Arcane Swamps.
It’s gotten to the point where I’ll periodically spend 200K GP or so on Gold Keys just to acquire those minor reds. Then out of a batch of 50 keys I’ll get 30x majors, 4x water and 0 minor reds! Same with Runic Waters, I’ll waste gems on Gem Keys just hoping to get a few Runic Waters and nothing!
A 5 star Pridelands is staring me in face and I’m so close but the last several traits I want to unlock require…you guessed it minor reds and runic blue 
I’m giving the eyeball at poor old Goblin Rocket to harvest him for stupid minor reds.

well there-in lies your problem.
A watched pot never boils. The game knows what you want, and will use that to its economic advantage.
You have to BLUFF.
Don’t want that 5 star. Work on something else. Oh, I dunno. “PVP earnings between the range of 800 and 1000 gold per match” and then you will fail to get that, but earn runic blue.
Trust me. I know reverse psychology.

Don’t you dare lay a hand on that poor Rocket. Think of all the times he’s been there for you when you needed him most, setting up that board for a 5 of a kind surge, 10+ damage to an opponent that’s random but always seems to hit the guy you want, the 1 point if spread damage that breaks barrier, sure there was a time when he was a cheap date and you may have felt you got more bang for your buck, but he’s all grown up now and still puts unsuspecting enemies in their place. He’s not over the hill, not yet. He still longs and desires to set things ablaze, contribute more red, and most importantly, blow things up. I had a heart to heart with my rocket the other day and he swore he’ll still do a good job despite charging a little more for the same job. He’s a victim of circumstance, so I implore you to dig deep down in your soul, and not trade in your Rocket, he’ll do better, he swares

Oh man you actually made me feel bad! It broke my heart to do that to the poor lil pyromaniac but I explained it was for the short term greater good and I promised (PROMISED I SAID) that he’ll get his Aflame ability as soon as we can afford to do so. At least he got his levels back and Fire Link and he’s still on Team Gobby 
Finding out that you’re missing Glory for that 16th arcane stone you need.
Looking at those 400 copies of a troops and being too scared to disenchant them.
Seeing the AI pass on a great cascade, or even worse breaking the move I plan

Bless you, times are rough and Gobby just had bills to pay, so you took out a loan, just don’t forget to pay it back

When every available match on the board will give the enemy a quad match, a skull match, or even worse, a quad skull match.

When there’s no match that will give you mana, but every match will line up what you need for the enemy instead.

When you make a match specifically to avoid giving the enemy what they need, and it drops out of the sky for them anyway.

When you can’t line up a transform for an extra turn, because the AI keeps matching it, even if it doesn’t need it.

Sparkgrinder’s voice. Seriously, I could never use him because his voice clips bother me so much.

The defeat music. Aside from reminding you that you were defeated, it keeps on playing while you have already moved on to your next battle, and is just kind of an unpleasant song anyway.

Both can be fixed by changing the sound and music clips in the steam files. Second problem can be fixed by turning the music off

When grinding a challenge for a specific arcane stone for 4 hours… No luck, switch to a mono colored challenge to grind a common stone for a couple minutes, 3 arcane stones in a row, switch back to the duel challenge for another 2 hour… Not a single arcane… Can’t seem to get a break (the 11k souls gathered was a plus tho)

When you skip someone in PvP because they’re worth too little gold and the next opponent has the exact same amount.
