That is why I used “REALLY, REALLY”, would be nice to have a team for explore level 12 which just need “ONE” Stella or Chryst throw as a guarantee. Mismother is great indeed, but there is no guarantee for an extra turn flow going on game after game.

perfect, this sounds similar to the update I suggested last year. It covers everything except for 1 thing. What do we do with the tons of resources we have, such as traitstones and ingots. Maybe add in soulforge to convert them to gold or something?

Can you explain this a bit more please? Am I understanding it right that we’ll get all the unlocked rewards remaining in the path even if we’ve not reached that level yet and does it apply to all the paths (Guardian/Champion/Paragon/Exalted)?

Explore 12 super speed already exists–Wand of Stars, Titan/ Chrysantherax/Leprechaun/Mistmother in Urskaya. You need multiple magic kingdom maxed, but once you hit the sweet spot, you can get to the boss chest in less than 5 minutes once you get used to it. Astral Spire isn’t really going to impact stuff like that.

But Wand of Stars frequently can miss and give the board to CPU, which slows down the speed, I was talking about pure flow.

Around 90-100 seconds for the 6 battles in an E12 run is currently possible. Probably faster if you’re closer to the servers in Nth America.

I’m on Switch, and the load times are not the greatest. Most of the time, I can get to the boss chest in about 3 minutes. I know there are other teams and methods, but it’s just my personal preference. The doom storm from Shade of Kurandara (that interrupts the 
storm), Ivar long claw looping when I miss with Wand of Stars, and the 2 impervious mythics are the only hurdles in Urskaya–its very consistent and reliable for me.

Thank you for the info. My most important question is if this Skill Tree will be a permanent acquisition or if it is going to reset after a period of time so that you need to rebuild? I cannot detect any info on that. Only that you cannot reset a purchase - but it does not state if the whole thing is a Seasonal thing or not?

Astral Spire is going to be a permanent feature, and they might update it for rebalancing, bugs, and problems. It’s probably better to think of it like a campaign artifact that won’t disappear when a campaign ends. When I was a lower level player, I definitely noticed when I lost the magic buffs from the Dragon’s Totem artifact…

I hope it will be permanent because if it is going to cost a lot of time and money - would certainly not want it to disappear and restart! Though I do hope that a reassignment feature will be added because surely players would want to change up the Skill Tree from time to time as they progress.

Not being able to reset our Astral Spire boards is going to be an issue because we only get about 1900 star stones a month, and it’s going to take a long time to unlock everything. That’s why I am saving up for about a month while I make a plan on what to do. Right now, I’m probably not going to spend star stones on the hero stat buffs and focus on the blue astral board and will probably just try to see how long it will take to unlock all the nodes. Maxing out the capstone effects seems like it takes too many resources and takes WAY too long to keep increasing the value by 1% each time.

Expecting to share the patch notes today sometime, which wont really have anything new in them as this blog was so detailed.
There has been some further balancing changes made to the Astral Spire though, so once I have those changes I will update this blog and the game guides with the new bonuses.

Actually, nothing has changed from what I have shared. Think there might just be an extra +1 to Magic in the Chalice board but that’s it.

And my point stands, duscussing the best way to play in here, is a little silly. Obviously if theres nerfs .
