Any news on this? Played roughly 30 Arena runs this week, still zero Goblin Rocket spotted. Please tell him the Goblin Rocket hunting season is over, it’s okay to come out of hiding.

Turns out he is NOT in the Arena, you’re quite correct.
I won’t go into an explanation of exactly what happened, suffice it to say that the ability to appear in Arena was linked to whether a troop was available in chests in 1.0.7 and earlier. With the move to the new chests, this system got messed up and the poor Goblin Rocket got sidelined.
We’ll deploy out a fix for that on the morrow, good sir!
