Something went wrong with the update they released a few hours ago, and Horus is in the troop-pool… not a big surprise there, is it? 
Happened before with Draakulis (appearing in the explore randomly, way before being released) - that’s all there is to it. Probably will happen again.

Why they do the update now? I thought they usually did that kinda’ thing when the weekly reset happened?
There’s no update for android yet though.

Horus accidentally got his release date set to early 2016, instead of early 2017, so appeared in chests.
We’ve fixed that now.
That’s a different problem to Draakulis’ issue ,I think, where we had a rogue news article pop up and announce him a couple of weeks early.
I’m just currently deploying a fix that will remove him from anybody who found him… I think it was only 2 people, but I haven’t checked properly yet. IN Horus’ place they’ll receive Gard’s Avatar in their mail.

I have to laugh slightly when I hear the word 'Horus* in Norwegian we have the word ‘Horehus’, but when one says it fast it gets like Horus, and it is a house where whores lives.

Wulfgarok? This is what happened with Ysabelle. We got little lore tidbits then they popped up

Agreed, Wulfgarok is likely the December-release Mythic.
Looking forward to knowing what this ancient Wargare species has in store for us.
I wouldn’t get so excited; Horus still just has a placeholder spell. I think his spell literally would just increase his attack by 1 right now.
