Agreed, this is significantly better compensation than I expected! While not everyone will be happy, I appreciate that the team is taking this much more seriously than “oops, here’s 50 gems.”
Update: 1:23 PM 27/03 - Global compensation is in the process of going out, it can take up to an hour or two to reach everyone if there are no delays.
Again, Library Pass & lvl50+ Library rewards will not be sent till after the weekend.

This reminds me of a line I heard the host on Let’s Make a Deal say to a contestant (when, as part of their stage game, he presented the option to keep a known lesser prize – such as cash – or trade it for an unknown, possibly greater, prize):
“only you know what you need.”
Me, for example, my Kingdom progression (power rating) is blocked by various things, mostly Pets (meaning I need Orbs of Minions and TONS of pet food), Class Talent levels, and Gold Elite levels. Any week where I can reach Underspire Rubirath (usually via secret passage), that’s what I spend the free Lantern on.

I am happy with the rewards, more than I hoped for and it clearly shows the devs are aware this was huge and needed a very good compensation!
As for the gold icons, I am claiming the rewards from that mail on Monday, that way I can use the icons for the next PvP season.
y’all should have trolled and sent out a “50 gem compensation” an hour before the rest.

waiting for an update from the team on when they are expected to go out today, assuming there are no issues.
The tests to ensure this data works are still running, and likely will be for the next hour or so - at this stage there is a chance these missing items going out to everyone will be pushed out to tomorrow, so everyone is around in case there is any issues and it doesn’t cross over with weekly reset.
But again, once I have any actual updates I will post again

The missing Library Pass and lvl 50+ Library Rewards are expected to be sent out to players in the next hour or two. This will only be sent out to players who were affected by this issue before the server rollback weekend, and will appear in your mailboxes.

Yeah, one for the Library Pass and one for the missing rewards. Cos some players were affected by one and not the other.
so x3 in rewards means not an additional x3 rewards for a pass but x3 in common and we suppose to get an x2 of a ordinary rewards via letter?
The rewards you got from the Library Pass is what you were missing.
It is not the total x3 rewards all over again, as you have already collected a portion of those rewards when the Pass was purchased - excluding some of the rewards that were fully not given at the time.
For example; if you collected 100 Gold and bought the Pass and got given an additional 50 Gold, the mail you would have received would be 150 Gold and not 300 Gold.
Additionally, at the time 9.1 launched, players were rewarded the 150 Star Stones from the tutorial and in the initial broken Library Pass rewards were given an extra 100 (total 250) instead of being rewarded a total 450.
Now that has been mailed out, you would have received +200 Star Stones.
