So everyone above 50 lvl should get 1 letter with 310 gems and an imperial deed?

I am not sharing information about another players account. If they are concerned, they can submit a ticket and I can let them know.

Additionally, that mail is only sent to players who were affected. There will be players who have been able to collect those rewards, without any issues as we did fix this issue later - just like the Library Pass issue.
