[rewards sent] No rewards for guild wars after weekly reset, fought dead guild, wrong guild showing

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
3 bugs.
The first is after day one the wrong guild name appears of who we fought.

The 2nd is we fought a dead guild with no players in tge guild at all..

The 3rd is that we can’t collect the rewards from the win today after weekly reset.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Just started today with no rewards. The whole event showed the wrong guild after each day.

Steps to make it happen again
I sure hope it doesn’t as it seems nothing gets tested anymore and it’s getting rather frustrating.

Good morning friends. It’s Monday time for work and what do i have to do as a leader?

Come to the forums and file out another bug report for this broken game. I’m rather not happy and disappointed in the dev team for not testing this as they just have too much on they’re plate.

The bugs are getting ridiculous and if fighting the dead guild on sunday lowers our overall points on the leaderboard thats a joke and bs.

IF YOU CAN’T KEEP UP WITH 2 GAMES WHAT DO YOU DO?

Release a 3rd!

@Jeto I hope you see this as its been pushed down some so I’m pinging your name. Hope you fix this before reset as we’re losing out on 120 gold marks and more as we are in first.

Thank you sir! I would also like to see a response here, as many in my guild were not able to get the daily war reward. I assume it affected everybody and will be sent to our mail without everybody needing to fill out a ticket…?

  • The wrong Guild being displayed has already been reported, so it’s a known visual issue
  • That Guild you mentioned with no players, was also mentioned in another thread and I think it is a generated Guild for when there aren’t enough real Guilds in a bracket. Given the various studio closes this week, I haven’t been able to follow up on it cos it was reported the day before we were closed. So, I’ll see what information I can try and get today, but I am running around collecting what I can everywhere (including tickets) as the studio is closed again tomorrow
  • I’ll chase up the missing rewards, above the other reports in this thread.

Also, there is no need to ping me. I go through all the new threads when I start for the day :sparkles: I don’t check notifications till later.
