Underspire map just went back to zero with daily reset. Unfortunately, spent torches/lanterns didn’t return.

I log in since there was just a daily restart i wanted to play underspire and i’m back at the beginning?

It not only reset, it’s a completely new map.
My starting room is in a completely different place than the one from Monday.

Had either of you noticed this prior to daily reset? Or did you just open Underspire for the first time since yesterday?

First time since yesterday.
EDIT: I didn’t click on Underspire between updating the game and daily reset; last time I clicked on Underspire was about… 12-15h ago, before the update went live.

In the end of Tuesday all was well.
The team have been looking into reports today of the Underspire map resetting after updating - so I’m just trying to make sure it didn’t reset AGAIN at daily reset as that would make it another issue.

Same here. PS5. Had cleared first 2 areas in last 2 days with purchased torches and have bought lanterns. Expecting either a fix or refund

I had progressed in the underspire monday and tuesday, and i was expecting to continue it today, but it has reset to the start and i have only 7 torches. Good thing i wasnt going for the full run this week.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
First time its happened, daily reset after 7.1 dropped
Steps to make it happen again
Have a major update drop in the middle of the week maybe?

I want to continue with Underspire and have seen, that the whole progress was resetted.

It occured after the update.
Steps to make it happen again
Don’t know. You need progress before the update and have to look if it will happen to you.

Hilarious it’s reset
Android 8.1, Lenovo tablet
I entered Underspire in the beginning of Wednesday - and saw that I’m back in the very first room. I have 2 first stones though (white and green). I’m not happy to pass all those rooms.

Underspire starts at opening gate again, but from previous progress first two keystones show as unlocked and there is free lantern from first merchant in my inventory.
Restarting the game does not solve the issue.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
After updating the game to 7.1, obviously.
Steps to make it happen again
Are you able to get back pre-update Underspire state?
If not, I would expect 14 free torches plus 25 torches I gem-purchased in my inventory.

Mine’s reset as well, still have my four remaining lanterns and my team is still set. I had cleared the first two areas. Intended to use the lanterns on the the 4th through 7th boss rooms.
On xbox.
EDIT: I still have the two keystones I found as well.
They can bloody refund my money for a start.

@Kafka it reset on Wednesday reset.
The map had progressed on Tuesday even after updating to 7.1!
