No image or video possible, as can’t show a negative What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Unable to switch Alliance CHat notifications off on PS (possibly all consoles), as the button cannot be selected. If you move across and try to go down, it goes to the option above (“notification icon for Guild Chat”) and then won’t go lower. If you go up to the top option (“Live Chat Opacity”) and then go up one more, it moves back to option above Alliance Chat (back to guild chat).
Meaning you cannot possibly select Alliance Chat.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Ever since Alliance was added, and Alliance Chat became available, I think.
Please please please fix this. I like to be prompt responding to my guild but now I don’t know when they are chatting because the notification is ALWAYS on.
What you were expecting to happen, and actually happened
I am unable to turn off alliance chat. The checkbox in settings is not selectable. It’s just to get rid of the exclamation point alert when there is chat activity. It works for world map, global chat, guild chat, but can’t reach alliance chat.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I’ve tried a few different times from different screens, but it is not ever selectable
It’s giving me a constant headache. The mark is blinking all the time and I’m constantly checking guild chat then which I can’t deactivate by all means. Alliance chat I don’t need at all though. Same as global.
