What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I wanted to use Elspeth in my Vash’dagon team to get rid of “inedible” troops but when Vash summons Enraged Kurandara I am stuck since Elspeth can not kill him.
Other “ally killers” can kill invulnerable troops. Sacrifice, Scrifical Priest, The Widow Queen,
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Always
Steps to make it happen again
Try to kill an invulnerable troop with Elspeth, dooms, EK, Leonis tower.
EDIT:
IT IS A BUG!!! Even Kafka admitted it.
Hey folks, any troops which instant kill/sacrifice an ally should always succeed even if you have an invulnerable ally.
We have some older troops on a different system which will be updated in the future to function correctly.
This includes Sacrifice and Widow Queen.
We are also in the process of ensuring all our wording will be consistent in the future.

The invulnerable trait makes troops immune to lethal damage so this is what I would expect to happen

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Any Doom card is invulnerable when fully traited.
It cannot be killed instantly by lethal attacks or magic spells that sacrifice it.
I am not sure about Zuul’Goth, though.
Example:
Sacrifice and Widow Queen can’t kill your Doom troop, but create the gems or do the damage - not a bug.

Draegor:
This is not a bug. If you read the spell text, it says “kill them”, and they are immune to lethal.
Whereas the other troops specifically state to “Sacrifice an ally”, which doesn’t do lethal damage.
Your argument would be valid but …
Sacrifice “kill the last ally” and still can kill invulnerable.
I personally think these troops should kill an ally in any case.

Ok, this shouldn’t work. So that’s fair. (He does have sacrifice in the name though)

The response to the bug report specifically says that it is supposed to bypass immunity to lethal.
