I can’t really see any known reason in those screenshots for the game to mess up, this must be something entirely new. One common factor, both opponent heroes are Orbweaver, which is pretty unusual. Maybe the issue is related to the third trait that may summon a Giant Spider when taking damage? Both opponent heroes up front, taking damage skull damage from Leprechaun exploding the board, both opponent teams full. There was supposed to be some bug fix (that doesn’t work) for opponent troops summoned during Blood Frenzy, this is likely related to that fix.
Mechanist has Golem Protector as talent, which has a chance to summon an Ancient Golem when taking damage to life. Essentially the same thing that happens with Orbweaver, just less likely.
It is not 10th Anniversary - it is 10 years of everlasting issues, problems, flaws, f*ups, lies, more lies. Oh, have I mentioned bugs? No? BUGS BUGS everywhere! Rinse and repeat.
I’ve had this happen too, always when there’s a Doomstorm going on.
Looking at the screenshots here, there’s always a storm as well! With the majority of the time it being the Doom one, although not exclusively. Most of the screens also show that there were explosions at the end of the turn, but not always.
Your hero is Thief, right? 4+ match caused the Sneak Attack trait to deal 7 damage to the opponent troop in last spot, which is an Orbweaver hero. Familiar trait triggered into a full team, game locked up.
Where the missing gems are I had matched skulls, no damage hit the enemy. The skulls vanished. I can interact with all troops, but the board itself is locked.

This bug needs to be sorted yesterday. Losing a citadel battle with all of the harshness of season goals and limited sigils, because of a bug… sucks.
The enemy’s hero looks damaged, check armor value. Could be what’s left after 1 skull hit. If golem protector triggered, it would make ‘sense’ for the board to lock up.
This needs to be adressed, absolutely.
